ELIGIBILITY
The Raffle is open to anyone around the world who's above the age of eighteen years (18). 

Winning the Raffle is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein (see below). The Raffle consists of a random winner drawing.

TIMING
The Raffle begins on August 27, 2019 at 12:00 noon Israel Time and ends on August 31, 2019 at  17:00 (5 pm) Israel time (the “Raffle Period”).

2) Tell us why YOU should get an (almost) free night at Marvin’s Place: stay@marvinsplacearad.com (include your name, email address and phone number)

VERIFICATION OF WINNER
All potential winners are subject to verification by the owner of Marvin's Place, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Raffle. An entrant is not a winner, unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. The potential winner will be notified by email, or phone. If a potential winner of the prize cannot be contacted, such potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event the prizewinner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries. 

PRIZE
Prize is a rate of 300 NIS per night at Marvin's Place.  Maximum 3 nights in a row at this rate, during the month of September, 2019 UNTIL SEP 26, not including), based on availability.  Available ONLY for ONE adult individual or TWO adult individuals.  NO children.  NO pets.

The prize is not transferable unless owner of Marvin's Place agrees on a case by case basis.

Owner reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Raffle, or any part of it, at any time.
